My Account Security Upgrades
Protecting your information is important to us and we are upgrading our security process to better protect your information. If you have an existing Arkansas Farm Bureau® Insurance My Account Portal login, a new user ID and a new password will need to be created that meets our new security standards. In addition, only the Primary Named Insured and/or Spouse of the Primary Named Insured on the account are authorized to create an online account. Each individual will need to create a user ID and password to access the Arkansas Farm Bureau® Insurance My Account Portal account.
After registering, the Primary Named Insured and Spouse of the Primary Named Insured will be able to access all account and policy information. You will also have access to a new Customer Account Management Portal that will allow the Primary Named Insured and Spouse of the Primary Named Insured to make limited policy changes for your Personal Auto Policy.
